CICERO, N.Y. (AP) - Police in upstate New York say a 15-year-old is in the hospital after he suffered life-threatening injuries from a stabbing.
Onondaga County Sheriff's Office deputies say the teenager was stabbed during a fight early Monday morning in Cicero, near Syracuse. Authorities say the male suspect fled the scene before officers arrived.
Police say the suspect was later found and taken into custody. The victim is currently hospitalized at Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse with life-threatening injuries.
Officials say the investigation is continuing.
